Vin Doux Naturel
This sweet, fortified wine is an integral part of the heritage of the Mont Tauch cooperative. Vin Doux was produced in our villages before the creation of the Fitou appellation and it is through Vin Doux that our winery was first able to express the potential of our vineyards.
Rivesaltes Vieille Réserve
This is a sweet, powerful, fortified AOC Rivesaltes with aromas of ripe fruits. It is ideal on its own as an aperitif and delicious with chocolate.Vinified respecting the traditional wine making methods, this wine is made from selected small vineyards on the slopes, which benefit from ideal conditions for the production of Vins Doux.
