
Roberth Karlsson is a Stockholm based Chef. His mix of traditional Nordic style of food and the latest trend of European cuisine makes the taste of his food a really interesting experience.
Roberth manages every evening to prepare and serve top menus for the 400 guest during the show at Restaurant Wallmans Salonger.
Restaurant Wallmans Salonger runs a “Moulin Rouge” style of show. They are
located by the sea in the centre of Stockholm city.
They have been a success story for over 15 years and today over 1 500 000 people have seen the show and enjoyed Roberth’s dishes. Wallmans also have shows and restaurants in Malmoe, Helsingborg, Oslo and Copenhagen.
