Fitou Mont Tauch is a rich wine with lots of character and a hint of spice. This modern style is blended from selected grapes from the three Fitou villages of Mont Tauch.

Growers from the villages of Tuchan, Paziols, Villeneuve have come together for the first time to create a unique Fitou.

Its history

Set at the foot of the impressive 900 meter high Mont Tauch mountain, the internationally renowned Mont Tauch cooperative is the only producer to have vineyards in the 3 inland Fitou villages of Tuchan, Paziols and Villeneuve. This is the first time that grapes from the 3 villages have come together in a wine expressing the best from each village.

Its character

Tasting: Mont Tauch Fitou maintains all the character of Fitou with a fruit driven modern approach and a complexity derived from the mix of terroir and grape maturity.
