The Growers Réserve is a traditional Fitou blend with distinct hints of spice and wild berries.
In true respect of the coop’s heritage, we have produced this classic style of Fitou using the traditional grape varieties of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.
Since it was first established in 1913, the Mont Tauch cooperative has been known for the authentic character of its wines.
Set in the remote and picturesque hills of Languedoc, southern France, the vineyards of Mont Tauch extend over 4 small villages.
For this wine, Michel Marty the head winemaker at Mont Tauch has carefully blended the grapes after traditional vinification by destalking.
Tasting: This Fitou is rich and spicy with distinct notes of wild Mediterranean herbs and red berries.
Serve at room temperature.
