This is a classic, spicy and well balanced style of Fitou.
Set in the heart of Cathar country, the Réserve de Courtal vineyards are planted on some of the best schist slopes and harvested carefully at full maturity.
The vines are found traditionally on steep slopes around the villages of Tuchan and Villeneuve. They are 40 years old on average and are worked in an environmentally friendly way. This stunning wild environment, combined with ideal climatic conditions limits the yields and produces authentic wines with great character.
A smooth, spicy Fitou with red fruit flavours and round, ripe tannins.
Serve at room temperature.
